Roger Yuan is an actor and stuntman who played a Hazmat technician in the film Batman Begins. His character tested the water supply that Jonathan Crane had been tampering with at Arkham Asylum and found it full of fear toxin, but informed James Gordon that it was an inhalant that had to be absorbed through the lungs.
