Richard Brake is a Welsh-American actor who portrayed Joe Chill in Batman Begins. He was born in Wales but was brought up in the United States. Batman was his first major film role. In 2006 he starred in The Black Dahlia alongside Hilary Swank and Aaron Eckhart.
