Paul Dooley is an actor who portrayed Charlie Nyback in the film Insomnia.
When he was younger, Dooley was a keen cartoonist for a local paper. He later joined the navy, before moving to New York to pursue a career in acting. In 1980, he appeared in Popeye alongside Robin Williams.
