Jo Martin is an actress who played a police prison official in Batman Begins. Her character called Dr Jonathan Crane in to assess the mental health of the prisoner Carmine Falcone after he cut his wrists. Crane saw Falcone then informed the official that he was definitely insane, and needed to be moved to the secure wing of Arkham Asylum as soon as possible.
