James Farruggio is an actor who played a man purporting to work for Gotham City police department in The Dark Knight. His character went to Janet Surrillo's house and gave her an envelope containing her destination where she was headed for safety; however, the envelope contained the word "UP" and her car contained a bomb. It is unclear whether Farruggio's character was working for the Joker or not.
