Guy Pearce is an actor who portrayed Leonard Shelby in the film Memento.
Pearce was born in England, but when he was three he moved to Geelong in Australia. He appeared in several stage productions, before moving into Australian television such as Neighbours and Home & Away. In 1994 he had his breakout role in The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert, and from there moved into international hits such as L.A. Confidential, The Hurt Locker and The King's Speech.
