Dunkirk is Christopher Nolan's tenth film, to be released 21 July 2017. It is written by Nolan and being produced by Nolan and his wife Emma Thomas.
Summary
Set in World War II during the Dunkirk evacuation, Dunkirk will depict the miraculous evacuation of Allied soldiers from Belgium, Britain and France, who were cut off and surrounded by the German army from the beaches and harbour of Dunkirk, France, between May 27- June 04, 1940, during Battle of France in Word War II.
