Dopey was a criminal who was hired by the Joker to assist in the robbery of the Gotham First National Bank, he was killed by Happy after he had disarmed the silent alarm triggered by the Bank Manager.

Dopey is killed by Happy with a silenced pistol.
An unnamed criminal, who went under the alias of Dopey, was hired by the Joker to assist in robbing the Gotham First National Bank. Himself and another accomplice named Happy land on top the roof of the bank, Happy questions the reasoning behind the Joker's name, Dopey responds that the Joker allegedly wears make-up to cover his face. Dopey successfully disarms the silent alarm and Happy asks if it is a problem, which Dopey responds that it isn't and that he's done - before he is killed by Happy with a silenced pistol.
