Willy Davis was a police officer in the Gotham City Police Department. After the Joker threatened to blow up a hospital, James Gordon ordered all ho sawspitals evacuated, and Davis along with Jeremy Polk helped evacuate Gotham General Hospital. Matilda, a nurse at the hospital, asked for Davis's help moving someone, and he assisted her while Polk went outside to find a bus for Harvey Dent. However, the Joker showed up at the hospital and incapacitated Davis and Matilda in order to reach Dent. Polk attempted to contact Davis over the radio, and when he heard nothing back he investigated. He was then shot by the Joker, who freed Dent and then blew up the hospital.

- Davis was certainly killed - if not by the Joker when he took Matilda's uniform, then definitely when he blew up the hospital. (Are we sure he couldn't have gotten out of the hospital alive?)
