Chris Gauthier (or as he is credited, Chris Guthior), was an actor who played a uniformed officer in the film Insomnia.
Gauthier was born in England but now resides in Vancouver with his wife and two children. He has appeared in Freddy vs. Jason (alongside Paula Shaw) and Agent Cody Banks (alongside Martin Donovan).
