Hello, friends,
It's looking more and more like Tenet could be delayed once more, due to the continued spread of COVID-19 cases in the US.
Here's the news:
Any thoughts? Do you think the August 12 date may prevail? Sound off in the comments!
From Deadline:
"Warner Bros. is moving its Christopher Nolan action thriller Tenet again — this time from Friday, July 31, to Wednesday, August 12. Nolan’s 10th anniversary reissue of Inception now will open on July 31 instead of July 17."
I can't say I'm 100% surprised. Thinks have not gotten better at all in the U.S. with COVID-19, and it stands to reason that the movie's release would be affected. Interesting to hear that Nolan will be in cinemas at least in some form though, with the reissue of Inception.
I was just reading about that. Thankfully it's a short delay... let's hope that is the definitive date.
So, some news on this. Apparently, this is the latest Nolan said about the release date:
“We’re finishing the film, and the film will be ready for when theaters reopen. I think, at this stage, that is all there is to say about it, really.”
I also read on ScreenRant that people believe a delay might happen given that San Francisco revealed theaters may only open in mid-August - and the latest trailer didn't have a date attached, which could mean they know chances of the date changing are very realistic.

The newest trailer for Tenet was revealed yesterday in a live event in Fortnite. Here's the trailer itself:
And here is how it was viewed in Fortnite, in case you are curious. An unexpected way of releasing a trailer, that's for sure!

At the moment, Tenet is scheduled to be released on July 17, 2020, and it could be one of the first movies to be released as they originally intended.
Do you think this will happen, or are you expecting news about a possible delay?
Hey Vieux1 Roblox,
I'm sorry you have found that the wiki was redirected into this one. I'm thinking that the main reason why it happened, is due to it possibly having too few pages/activity as it was about only one film (wikis about one film are not really common). As this one is older and covers more content, I suppose it makes sense for the film to be included here.
There has been an effort recently to try and have less wikis covering similar topics, and to combine some of them instead, to have more users editing together instead of them being divided between wikis. This is one of those cases where you can still edit about Tenet, while others may edit about other movies as well.
I understand if you are upset about this change - however you are more than welcome to contribute about Tenet into this wiki, which includes not just the Nolan films, but his characters, and other content.
